Regional Development 1 & 2 (Learn to train) Group Information
3 sessions of 1 hour per week
This program gives swimmers the feel of competitive swimming. They should have some summer swimming experience and be able to swim all four strokes with ease. This program focuses on skill development of all four strokes along with starts and flip turns. Swimmer swill participate in the regional Lac St-Louis swim meets and other possible meets.

- This schedule includes pool time only.
- Swimmers are asked to be on deck prior to start time of each training session.
